01 / The challenge

Prove the product with real stories.

Twitter Business was launching a new suite of advertising products and needed to prove they worked, with real stories from their biggest advertisers across South Asia and MENA. They brought in rambert.co to produce the case studies.

Objectives

  • Prove Twitter's new ad products delivered results for South Asia and MENA advertisers.
  • Showcase real-world success stories to inspire and attract new advertisers.
  • Position Twitter as the go-to platform for business results in the region.

02 / The approach

Interview, structure, repeat.

We wrote each case study from scratch. Interviewing advertisers, pulling out the specific challenges they faced, and showing how Twitter's products moved the needle.

Every case study was designed to Twitter's brand standards. Clean, scannable, and backed by data. We built a repeatable research process to pull the numbers that mattered.

We interviewed senior executives at Fortune 500 companies to get their first-hand accounts. We coordinated across Twitter's internal teams, research agencies, and media partners to keep production moving.

03 / What we did

Scope of work.

Case study copywriting.

End-to-end writing for each story, from advertiser brief through to publication-ready copy aligned with Twitter brand standards.

Content design and research.

Structuring each piece for scannability, pulling the data points that proved the product worked, and building a repeatable template.

Stakeholder management.

Coordinating across Twitter's internal teams, advertiser teams, research agencies, and media partners to keep production on schedule.

Executive interviewing.

Sitting with senior executives at Fortune 500 advertisers to surface the first-hand accounts that gave each case study its weight.

04 / The outcome

Twelve stories, one repeatable engine.

In the first month, we shipped twelve finished case studies. Each one telling the story of a major advertiser's results on the platform.

More importantly, we left Twitter with a production system they could run without us. A repeatable process for turning advertiser wins into published case studies long after our engagement ended.
