  • Discreet with client and commercial information
  • Fluent with modern tools, and curious about AI-assisted workflows

  • Carry the rambert.co voiceLinkedIn, newsletter and case studies in a calm, sharp, no-slop register. British spelling, no filler.
  • Shape raw thinking into assetsTake a transcript or a half-formed insight and find the piece inside it.
You might be
  • A writer first, with the portfolio to show it
  • Comfortable in B2B and considered-purchase land
  • Sharp editorial taste, allergic to AI slop
  • Able to hold someone else's voice without losing the craft

You'd work directly on Sprint engagements: preparing the intelligence before workshops, synthesising what comes out of them, and drafting deliverable sections under senior review. The growth path is real: the methodology is built to be delegated to people who prove they can carry it.

What you'd do
  • Prepare the groundMarket, competitor and digital research that makes the diagnostic sharper before anyone enters the room.
  • Synthesise the workshopTurn hours of founder conversation into structured insight the strategy gets built on.
  • Draft the deliverablesICPs, competitive analysis and playbook sections, tightened together, reviewed line by line.
You might be
  • A few years into marketing, hungry for the strategic end
  • A structured thinker who writes clearly under review
  • More interested in why it works than what's trending
  • Wanting a genuine apprenticeship in strategy, not a content mill
