Privacy Policy

Last updated: 8 October 2026

This policy explains what personal information rambert.co collects through this website, what we do with it, and how you can ask us to change or delete it.

01 Who we are

rambert.co is a marketing strategy consultancy run by Cameron Rambert, trading as rambert.co, in Victoria, Australia. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean rambert.co.

For anything about your personal information, email hello@rambert.co.

02 What we collect

We only collect what you give us through our forms:

Your diagnostic answers stay in your own browser while you work through the questions. Nothing is sent to us unless you submit the form for your full report. The report link holds your answers and scores, but never your name, email or business name.

03 How we use it

We don't sell your information and we don't add you to a mailing list. If you'd rather we didn't email you, reply to any email or write to hello@rambert.co and we'll stop.

04 Who sees it

Cameron and the small team who help run rambert.co. We also use service providers to run the site and our inbox, and they store information on our behalf:

We'll only disclose your information to anyone else if the law requires it.

05 Your browser

The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your browser's IP address. The Marketing Diagnostic saves your progress in your browser's local storage, on your device, so a refresh doesn't lose your answers. Starting again clears it.

Some pages, including the contact page and the Marketing Diagnostic, load Google Tag Manager. We use it to measure how the site is used, for example how many people start and finish the diagnostic. The tools it loads, such as Google Analytics, can set cookies in your browser. You can block or clear these in your browser settings.

06 Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@rambert.co. We'll respond within 30 days.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, tell us first and we'll try to put it right. If that doesn't resolve it, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

07 Changes to this policy

We'll update this page if the way we handle information changes. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
